From the N.Y.S. Thruway:
Take Exit 39. Follow Signs for 690 North/Fulton. Take 690 North approximately 4.5 miles to the Rte. 31W/Jordan-Baldwinsville exit. Right turn at the bottom of the ramp, (Downer St.) go approximately 1.5 miles to the second traffic light. Take a left turn onto Rte. 48 North/Syracuse St. Go past first traffic light and proceed over first bridge. To your left you will see BARGE CANAL LOCK #24. The Budweiser Papermill Island Amphitheater is located behind the Old Mercer Mill/Lock 24. Look for parking signs as you approach the center of town.
